4. Quotation and Order Terms

4.1 Validity of Quotations

• Written quotations are valid for the period stated on them
• Quotations with no stated validity are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Quotations are non-binding until final order confirmation

4.2 Order Confirmation

An order becomes final once confirmed in writing by Mechanimix. Delivery times stated in the order confirmation are estimates and may vary depending on production conditions.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment terms are stated in the order confirmation
• Standard payment: 50% advance at order confirmation, 50% before delivery
• Different payment schedules may apply for custom projects
• Statutory interest is applied to late payments

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery time for standard products: 4-6 weeks
• Custom-design projects: 8-12 weeks
• Delivery times start from the date on which order confirmation and payment terms are met
• Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, raw-material supply issues, etc.)
• Unless otherwise stated, shipping and insurance costs are borne by the buyer

6. Warranty

6.1 Warranty Scope

• All Mechanimix products are covered by a 2-year warranty
• The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship
• The warranty period starts from the delivery date

6.2 Exclusions

• Use contrary to the user manual
• Intervention by unauthorised persons
• Normal wear and tear
• Operation outside the process parameters specified at the time of order
• Damage caused by force majeure

7. Limitation of Liability

Mechanimix undertakes to manufacture its products in accordance with the agreed design specifications. However:

• No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of production
• Mechanimix's total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order
• While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on the website, no liability is accepted for errors or omissions
• Mechanimix is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site

9. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, changes in legal regulations, raw-material supply issues and similar circumstances beyond the parties' control are considered force majeure. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree to seek an amicable settlement first. In the absence of settlement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Sakarya, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

Mechanimix reserves the right to update these general terms and conditions without prior notice. The current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
