The Mechanimix HMG series uses a parallel-shaft gear reducer with horizontal motor to deliver anti-settling, homogenization and heat transfer in storage and process tanks up to 20,000 m³. HWM hydrofoil impeller for low energy consumption.
The Mechanimix VMG series replaces the gear reducer with a vertical motor and direct gear drive — compact construction and low maintenance for storage tanks up to 100,000 m³. Prevents settling, suspends solids and homogenizes large volumes; mechanical seal can be replaced with the tank full.
The Mechanimix HMB series uses a belt-driven horizontal motor configuration for homogenization and anti-settling in tanks up to 20,000 m³. Seal and belt replacement without removing the motor; serves petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, mineral processing and FGD sectors.
