Mechanimix HVM

Mechanimix HVM is an impeller with a design that provides solutions for high viscosity applications with narrow wall width. It operates in laminar flow regime and the substances inside are circulated with an axial pumping action. Ideal for high viscosity fluids or environments with critical rheology. Axial mixing occurs with simple blade shape and arrangement. It can be operated in a downward or upward direction depending on the application.

The maximum shear force is located in the gap between the tank wall and the impeller and is the region with the highest energy consumption. Equipped with internal baffle plates, it can provide sufficient power even at low viscosities. Suitable for blending, heat transfer or incorporation of solids in viscous and pasty media.
