Mechanimix is one of the leading manufacturers of industrial agitators. Mechanimix’s product range varies widely, from liquid to solid. We offer mixers of various types and capacities for mixing different materials widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, mining and other industries. We also provide customized solutions for special projects.
How do we produce?
As Mechanimix, we follow a meticulous process when producing our industrial mixers. We proceed carefully at every step, starting from the finest details of the design and engineering (CFD analyses, static and dynamic analyses) phase, to the selection of the highest quality materials and the production process in our modern production facilities. Our products are manufactured to ensure reliability and performance by passing stringent quality control tests. We also manage our logistics processes carefully to ensure timely and trouble-free delivery to our customers.
How Did We Start?
While Sağlar Vefa and Umutcan Özer were working within ANT Group (Manager & Engineer), they tested the effective performance of the mixers they designed and supplied very efficient mixers to the market within Ant Group. They set out with this business idea, which has a very strong Know-How. They founded the Mechanimix company with great experience in the sector and guaranteed designs.
What are we doing ?
As Mechanimix, we take a leading role in the field of industrial mixers. Our product range (mixers, reactors, dryers, etc.) ranges from liquid to solid and is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, construction, mining and other industries. We provide all kinds of support on issues such as turnkey facility installations and long line processes. With our customer-focused approach, we understand the specific needs of our customers and meet their expectations by offering customized solutions. We also strive to ensure the reliability and performance of our products by continually improving our quality control processes. Founders
Sağlar Vefa
Sağlar Vefa is a mechanical engineer and co-founder of Mechanimix company. He graduated from Urmia University with his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and entered the Middle East Technical University for his master’s degree, coming to Turkey in 2010 and starting his business life in Ankara in 2011. He started his PhD program in 2014, but in 2018, he ended his university life without completing his doctorate and preferred to receive business-oriented training. In 2021, he started his research activities by focusing on mixers and founded the industrial mixer company MECHANIMIX with his friend Umutcan Özer from ANT Group in 2024.
Umutcan Özer
Umutcan Özer is another co-founder of the “Mechanimix” brand. Immediately after graduating from Sakarya University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, he started his business life under Ant Group. While working here as a Mechanical Design Engineer, he achieved successful results under very serious responsibilities. Then, when he had the opportunity to gain commercial/technical experience in the field, he continued his career as a Technical Sales Engineer for a short time. After this experience, he continued his career as a Design Engineer at Oyak Renault. After specializing in sheet metal and analysis, as well as his experiences in how a corporate company survives and the systems it uses, he resigned from Renault to establish the “Mechanimix” brand, which was his dream, and took firm steps towards his goal.
